  • Physical stamp manufacturing and delivery.

3. User Responsibilities & Legal Use

Strict Prohibition of Misuse: You are solely responsible for the content you create. You must not use this Service to create stamps for fraudulent purposes, forgeries, or any unauthorized legal representation.

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal authority to create and use the stamp design (e.g., you are an authorized representative of the company).
  • The information provided (company name, license number, etc.) is accurate and matches your official government-issued documents.
  • You will provide a valid Trade License & Personal ID when requested for verification of physical stamp orders.

4. User Responsibilities & Legal Use

You are solely responsible for the content you create using our tool.

You agree not to create stamps that:

  • Violate UAE laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on trademarks or intellectual property rights.
  • Contain offensive, abusive, or misleading information.
  • Promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence.
  • Are used for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any stamp design that violates these terms.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By initiating a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the specified amount.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Any applicable taxes or shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • Prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be completed before order processing.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

6. Shipping and Delivery (Physical Products)

For physical stamp orders, we aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe specified at checkout.

  • Delivery Area: We primarily serve the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, etc.) and selected international locations.
  • Delivery Timelines: We strive for prompt delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes for International orders.
  • Receipt of Goods: You must ensure an authorized person is available to receive the package at the provided address.
  • Customers must ensure correct delivery details.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital stamp files are final once the download link has been generated or the file has been delivered.

Physical Products

Physical stamps are custom-made items. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once production has started, except in cases where:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The physical item significantly differs from the digital preview approved by you.

8. Intellectual Property

The website, its design, code, and our pre-made templates are the intellectual property of Online Stamp Creator.

Users retain rights to the specific text and logos they upload, provided they are the legal owners of such assets. By creating a design, you grant us a limited license to display and use the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect and use your data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Online Stamp Creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods.

We are not responsible for how the user utilizes the stamps produced. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they comply with local laws and regulations regarding the use of official seals and signature stamps.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
