1. Shipping Overview

At Online Stamp Creator, we offer both digital and physical products. This policy outlines the delivery processes for our physical products, including custom rubber stamps and business seals. We provide reliable shipping services within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to selected international locations.

2. Local Delivery (UAE)

We provide comprehensive delivery coverage across all Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after order verification and production.
  • Shipping Costs: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We often offer promotional free delivery for orders above a certain value.
  • Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day morning delivery options may be available for Dubai and Sharjah for orders placed before 10:00 AM.

3. International Shipping

We ship our professional stamp products to businesses and individuals worldwide using trusted international couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Aramex).

  • Delivery Timeline: International orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates.
  • Tracking: All international shipments are provided with a tracking number.

4. Order Processing & Verification

Verification Required: To comply with UAE regulations, all physical stamp orders require the submission of a valid Trade License and Personal ID (Emirates ID or Passport). Production will not begin until these documents are verified.

Our processing workflow includes:

  • Production Time: Once documents are verified, most stamps are manufactured within 24 hours.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT+4) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Business Days: Our processing and shipping operations run from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and UAE public holidays are excluded.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking details. You can monitor your shipment's progress directly through the courier's website.

6. Address Accuracy & Availability

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address, including a contact phone number. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.

Ensure an authorized person is available to receive and sign for the package. If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately:

  • Report damaged items within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
  • We will investigate the issue with the courier and arrange for a replacement if the claim is valid.
